While we do have a large fenced yards, our dogs never stay outside, except for exercise. They are house dogs, which is what all standard poodles really are. Each sleeps in some body's bedroom. Poodles are people dogs and should never be left for long periods in a isolated in pen or enclosure. (Note: This does not preclude "crate training" which is an excellent approach to raising a puppy for those who have to leave a pet during the work day. In most cases, both the puppy and the new owner will benefit greatly from crate training).

Our puppies are raised with the family
and are quite socialized at a fairly early age.

Bonnie is a nurse and all shots, worming, and other health issues are attended to right on schedule, with a health record maintained for each puppy
